Pastor Paul Momoh's Testimony
Breaking Curses and a 14-Year Wait for Reunion
At All Nations Community Church, we celebrate the undeniable truth that God is a protector, a promise-keeper, and a breaker of generational curses.
In this powerful and deeply moving testimony, Pastor Paul Momoh shares the incredible story of his life, beginning with miraculous survival in his infancy. The enemy tried to cut his life short from the very beginning; at just six months old, he survived a severe head injury from a machine, and later survived falling into a deep pit toilet, being rescued against all odds.
But God’s protective hand remained over him. As Paul grew older, a heavy shadow loomed over his family. People declared that his family line would end and the Momoh name would be wiped out. Tragically, his elder brother passed away suddenly at the age of 45 without having married or had children. It seemed the curse was taking effect, but God had another plan. Paul miraculously met his wife, Stephanie, and together they had boys, ensuring the family name would live on. Today, Pastor Paul stands victorious at 63 years old, having completely shattered the curse of premature death!
However, his journey required immense endurance. Believing that his children needed to study abroad to secure a better future, his wife relocated to the UK in 2007, followed by their children in 2008. Paul was scheduled to join them in 2009. Instead, he encountered roadblock after roadblock. For 14 heartbreaking years, he faced continuous visa rejections and delays, enduring a long and painful separation from his wife and children.
Yet, he never stopped praying. Finally, on March 3, 2023, the breakthrough arrived. After years of disappointment, he opened his passport to find his approved visa. Overcome with tears of joy, he kept the news completely quiet—even from his own congregation in Nigeria—until he safely landed in the UK and finally reunited with his beloved family.
Pastor Paul’s testimony carries a vital message of resilience and absolute trust in God.
To those facing generational curses or negative spoken words, it is a powerful reminder that God has the final say over your life, your family line, and your future.
To anyone enduring a long season of waiting—whether for a visa, a family reunion, or a breakthrough it is an encouragement to never give up hope. God is still working in the waiting, even if it takes 14 years.
