A word from Pastor Ras
I preached this message at a time when our nation was hurting. There was anger in the streets and fear in many homes. People were divided and asking, where is the hope? My answer then, and my answer now, is Jesus.
Jesus said, I am the way and the truth and the life (John 14:6). He is the way when we are lost. He is the truth when we are confused by lies. He is the life when everything around us feels like it is falling apart.
Politics cannot change the human heart. Only Jesus can. That is why the church must pray for our nation (1 Timothy 2:1 to 2), love our neighbours from every background, and keep pointing people to Him.
Questions to think about

How can you pray for our country and its leaders this week?
