We look into the source of this unshakeable joy, and discover how you can live a life filled with peace and assurance, no matter the circumstances.

A word from Pastor Ras

Happiness depends on what happens. Joy depends on who we know. Paul wrote, rejoice in the Lord always (Philippians 4:4), and he wrote it from prison. His joy did not come from his situation. It came from Jesus.

We all go through ups and downs. Some days are good, some days are hard. But the joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10). It is deeper than our feelings. It is the quiet confidence that God is with us, that our sins are forgiven and that heaven is our home.

If you have lost your joy, come back to the source. Spend time with Jesus. Worship Him, even through tears. Remember what He has done. Joy will rise again.
