You Have Been Favoured by God

Good morning, ANCC Men of Honour! As we step into this new day, let’s start with a heartfelt reminder.
The enemy, Satan, would have you believe that you are without purpose, power, or potential. He wants to convince you that your achievements are your own and God had no hand in them. Worse still, he tries to demoralize you by reminding you of past failures, broken promises, and unfulfilled dreams. He tries various tactics – your background, your mistakes, and the times you've felt down and out.
Yet, the truth stands firm and clear: the favour of God is upon you. Despite what Satan might whisper, your every success, big or small, is not your doing alone. It’s the Lord’s presence in your life that has granted you the strength, wisdom, and ability to achieve. Without Him, the simplest tasks would be impossible, let alone raising a family or contributing meaningfully at work.
Often, we are unaware that others might envy the divine favour we carry. They act against us, not out of spite, but jealousy, seeing in us the blessings we often overlook in ourselves.
Today, reject ignorance of your divine blessings. Recognize and praise God for His unwavering favour in your life.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your immense favour and blessings. Help us to see ourselves as You see us: favoured, capable, and blessed beyond measure. Teach us to rely not on our strength but on Yours, and to acknowledge Your hand in every success. May we walk in Your favour and extend it to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
