Nisha Crowe 's Testimony

Trusting in God's Perfect Timing

At All Nations Community Church, we believe testimonies are not just stories; they are reminders of God’s mercy, patience, and transforming power.

In this honest and powerful testimony, Nisha Crowe shares her 14-year journey of perseverance, relying entirely on God when every door seemed permanently closed. Moving to the UK in 2011 as a registered nurse, Nisha faced immediate and persistent hurdles. Despite her dedication, she repeatedly struggled to pass the required nursing exams, falling short by the narrowest of margins.

Even as she prayed alongside Pastor Mike and Mary, the obstacles remained. But Nisha held onto her faith. Following the birth of her third child, Samantha—whose name beautifully means "God has heard"—a miraculous shift occurred. Unexpected nationwide rule changes completely exempted her from the very exam that had held her back for years.

However, the road was still not easy. After a lengthy wait for her registration to be finalised, Nisha faced 63 consecutive job rejections across Manchester. Feeling disheartened but refusing to give up, she attended an interview in Wigan. This time, she surrendered the outcome entirely to God, trusting that if it was His will, no one could take it from her. Just two hours later, she received the call that she had the job!

Nisha’s testimony carries a strong message for anyone feeling stuck, overlooked, or weary in their waiting.

To those waiting for a breakthrough, it is a reminder that God’s delays are never His denials.

To anyone feeling "not good enough," this is an encouragement: God will honour and uplift you before those who doubted you.

To the church, it is a call to continually support and pray for one another through the long valleys.

Nisha’s story reminds us that when we place our hope entirely in God, He delivers in His perfect time.
