The Prison Experience

This week, we continue our series titled “The Pit and the Prison Before the Palace.”

In this message, Pastor Terence takes us further into the story of Joseph from Genesis 39. After surviving the pit and serving faithfully in Potiphar’s house, Joseph finds himself facing a new and unexpected trial: the prison.

The story reminds us that sometimes the journey God has for us includes seasons we never expected. Even when we do the right thing and honour God with our integrity, we can still face moments that feel confusing, painful, or unfair. Joseph was falsely accused and forgotten by men, yet the Bible tells us a vital truth: "The Lord was with Joseph."

Joseph’s story began with a dream, but we are reminded that after the pit and during the prison, God is still working behind the scenes to prepare us for the palace.
