DEVOTIONAL:

MAIN SCRIPTURE: 1 Peter 2:12 (NLT) 12 Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbours. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honourable behaviour, and they will give honour to God when he judges the world.

Have you ever heard the saying, "Actions speak louder than words?" It's a timeless piece of wisdom and it's incredibly relevant when it comes to sharing our faith. You see, sometimes we think that defending the gospel means we must engage in complex theological debates or have all the answers to tough questions. While there is a time and place for that, the truest defence of our faith often comes from how we live our lives.

When people look at you, they should see a reflection of Christ's love, grace, and integrity. In doing so, you become a walking, breathing testimony of God's goodness. Imagine how impactful that could be! Your life can be a sermon without words, a message delivered through your actions, kindness, and love.

So, how do you live a life that defends the gospel? It starts with the small things: a smile to a stranger, honesty when no one is watching, or even patience when things don't go your way. These acts, though they may seem insignificant, can speak volumes about your faith and draw others closer to God.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, let my life be a living testimony that draws people to You. May my actions defend the faith as much as my words. In Jesus' name, Amen.

ACTION STEP:

Identify one way you can be a living testimony this week. Whether it's through an act of kindness, integrity at work, or patience at home, let your life speak.
