James 1:6 (NLT) 6 But when you ask Him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.

DEVOTIONAL:

Have you ever felt like you're drifting, like a small boat tossed around by the waves of doubt and uncertainty? You're not alone. Even the strongest believers have their moments of questioning. The good news is that God never intended for you to sail through life's storms without an anchor. He wants to be that anchor for you.

Doubt can be like a chain that holds us back, preventing us from stepping into the incredible plans God has for us. It can keep us from praying boldly, loving freely, and living fully. But God has given us a spirit of confidence and courage, not a spirit of fear or hesitancy. When you feel doubt creeping in, remember who God is and what He has done for you. Let His character be the solid ground under your feet.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, when doubts arise, let me turn to You. Strengthen my faith and help me to focus on Your unchanging nature. In Jesus' name, Amen.

ACTION STEP:

Find Bible verses that speak against doubt and fear. Write them down. Memorise them, so you can speak truth to yourself in moments of doubt.
